"What's In It For Me?"

The simplest response to that question is:

Better Leadership + Better Teamwork = Better Results

or,

More Effective People - Avoidable Waste = Better Results

We'd love to channel a bit of Steve Martin in his remake of Cyrano here, but we're not that clever. Instead we'll just explain what we mean by "Better Results." As we have mentioned already, we are not suggesting we are a solution to anything. Rather, we provide tools to help you do what you are already doing- or want to do - more easily. So, without making a committment to evidence-based, high-performance work practices beacon will have a limited impact on your organization.

If on the other hand you are already committed to high-performance practices and you automate, support and grow those practices with the assistance of beacon, you can expect to make gains in the following areas:

Strategic Focus

"The prize for closing the strategy-to-performance gap is huge - an increase in performance from 60% to 100% for most companies. But this almost certainly understates the true benefits. Companies that create tight links between their strategies, their plans, and ultimately, their performance often experience a cultural multiplier effect..."

The Microsoft Office Personal Productivity Challenge (PPC), which drew responses from more than 38,000 people in 200 countries, rated workers' individual productivity based on their responses to 18 statements about work-related practices and uncovered what was a wide-spread sentiment:

38% of employee time is considered unproductive (by employees themselves) due primarily to unclear objectives, lack of team communication and ineffective meetings.
