There is no shortage of "dumb" technology available today. Technology that is limited to a particular set of functions or features. These can be very useful applications like Excel, Word, Powerpoint, email...but they don't have any great amount of perspective or knowledge built into them to help you do what you're doing better.

We continuously research the best evidence-based management practices and find ways to build them into our system in the simplest, but most powerful ways. We don't incorporate the latest best seller or fad, but rather take a longer view and incorporate those practices that have been proven over time to create meaningful results for organizations.
